Terms of Service

Service status

These terms govern your use of Tormenta de Arena IA.

Eligibility, accounts, and photo authorization

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.

The service uses two photos. Each person shown must be you or an adult who has consented to this use. You must have the necessary rights to each photo. Photos of minors or public figures, and illegal, unauthorized, or rights-infringing material, are not allowed. Permission to use a photo does not automatically include permission to use a person's likeness for other purposes.

By uploading photos, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. We will not publish your files as examples without the necessary rights and permissions.

Prohibited use

Do not upload or create illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive content; content exploiting minors; non-consensual intimate content; harmful impersonations; fraud; harassment; threats; or material that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights. Do not bypass payment, access controls, or safety restrictions. Do not present an AI-generated video as authentic footage or as an endorsement.

We may reject tasks, restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts to address abuse, rights complaints, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Your content and AI results

You retain any rights you already hold in your photos. You grant us and the providers processing your task a limited license to store, transmit, and transform them to deliver, secure, and support the service. Using the service does not give us permission to publish your photos or videos in advertising.

The service uses the first photo for the person on the balcony and the second for the person dancing. It requests a 15-second vertical 9:16 video with sound. Results may vary and an exact reproduction of a photo or scene is not guaranteed.

AI output may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or similarities to other output. We do not guarantee uniqueness, intellectual-property protection, or rights to use third-party music, names, voices, or likenesses commercially. Review your result and obtain any additional permissions needed before publishing it.

Video packs and payment

The catalog offers one-time packs of 1 to 10 videos, with no subscription or recurring charge. The price and currency are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Each submitted generation uses one video credit. Credits are account-specific, non-transferable, and are not cash.

If a task ends in a generation error, the credit deducted for that task is returned automatically. This is not a monetary refund. Successfully generated videos are not refundable because of subjective dissatisfaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for payment corrections and other refund requests.

Availability and responsibility

Processing is asynchronous and depends on provider capacity and technical conditions. We do not promise an exact completion time or permanent file storage. Download videos you want to keep. We may change or pause the service; contact support about paid credits affected by an interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and show the revised date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. For account, billing, or rights questions, email support@tormentadearenaia.com. For rights complaints, see the DMCA / Takedown page.
