Service status and digital products

Tormenta de Arena IA is a digital photo-to-video service; it does not deliver physical goods. Video packs are one-time purchases. A pack's video credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed. A pending payment is not a completed purchase; do not pay again while its status is unclear.

Video delivery

The service uses two authorized photos in order: the person on the balcony, then the person dancing. It requests a 15-second vertical 9:16 video with sound.

Processing is asynchronous. It depends on the queue and processing; you can close the page and check the status in My videos. Sign in to the account that submitted the task to check its status and access the result. This is guidance, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

AI results can vary. If a task ends in a generation error, the video credit deducted for it is returned automatically. This is separate from a cash refund. See the Refund Policy.

Access and availability

Download files you want to keep. Access to a generated video requires signing in to the account that owns the result. Any expiration date shown for a result governs its availability; permanent storage is not guaranteed.

For a missing credit, delayed task, payment issue, or inaccessible result, email support@tormentadearenaia.com with your account email and order/payment ID or task ID. Do not include your password, sign-in codes, or full card number.
