How to report copyright, likeness, privacy, or other rights concerns.
Last updated: 2026-10-16
Send a report
Email support@tormentadearenaia.com with the subject Takedown request. Identify the specific file URL or task, explain the right at issue, provide your contact details, and describe your authority to report it. Reports about likeness or privacy do not require you to own the photo's copyright.
Tormenta de Arena IA is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Federico Moccia, the producers of Three Steps Above Heaven (Tres metros sobre el cielo), or Dorian. Movie scenes, posters, and images are not published as service examples.
Only photos with the necessary rights and consent may be used. Photos of public figures or minors are prohibited. Public examples, when available, must use AI characters and carry verified information.
Copyright notices
Include the following in a copyright notice:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification and location of the material to remove;
- contact information sufficient for a reply;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
These notice elements follow the U.S. Copyright Office guidance. This page provides a reporting channel; it does not claim that we have registered a designated DMCA agent or qualify for a statutory safe harbor.
Review and response
We review reports and may restrict or remove content, request more information, or notify the affected account. Repeat infringement or other serious violations may lead to account restrictions. Do not submit reports you know to be false.
If you believe content was removed by mistake, reply with the relevant URL or task ID and evidence of your rights. Where a statutory counter-notice process applies, we will explain the required information and handle it under applicable law. We do not automatically restore reported content merely because an objection was submitted.
